First, leveraging our relationship network and understanding of the markets involved, we identify potentially synergistic partners for our client Second, we then use both qualitative and quantitative methods to determine the value of the alliance from our client’s and the prospective partner’s perspective. Finally, we design the alliance and its management structure that maximizes chances of success. Utilizing this approach, we shorten the time to achieve a mutually acceptable deal, create a “win-win” environment, and facilitate the successful implementation of the alliances structured.
